He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael W. Passarell and Genevieve Marie Passarell; and his brothers, Michael, Stephen and Charles Passarell.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Passarell; his children, Robert "Alex" Passarell (Katrina), Daniel Passarell (Brittney) and Natalie Ellison (Joe); his stepsons, Keith Murphy (Michelle) and Michael Murphy (Conor); his grandchildren, Brendan (Kassidy), Brianna Passarell, Jason, Lily Ellison, Vincent Passarell, Lexi, Aidan, Finn Murphy, Randy and Aysen Soriano; and his great grandchild Adeline Henry.
