It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Edward Sluss Jr. (Frostburg, Maryland), who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Sluss (Walker); his son Richard E. Sluss, III; and his brother William Keith Sluss. He is survived by: his father Richard E. Sluss, Sr.; his daughter Brandi Taylor (Scott); his grandsons, Robert J. Taylor and Colton D. Taylor; and his siblings, Kathy Lust (Chip) and Matthew Sluss. He is also survived by his many friends and family members.
