He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Carr and Emma Losh; and his son Jacob Carr II. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Preston; his children, Rick Carr Jr. (Donna) and Kathy Carr; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jennifer, Hanna, Ashley, Raymond, Randy and Patricia; and his siblings, Tom Carr (Marti) and Anita Cessna (Tom). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
