He is survived by: his wife Bonita Kay McKenzie (Steinly); his children, Regis F. McKenzie, Jr., Jeff A. McKenzie (Teresa) and Laura McKenzie; his siblings, Olin McKenzie, Helen Resh, Martha Faidley and Ora Keister; his grandchildren, Christopher, Justin McKenzie, Cody Weimer (Jessica Deal), Kaitlynn Sines (Tony), Olivia Rose Moore (Lily) and Jason Moore; his great grandchildren, Owen, Brayden Weimer, Ashlynn Townshend and Madilynn Sines; his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy, Brandon, Amanda and Rebecca Folk; and his stepgreat-grandson Brandtlee Miltenberger.
