We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2018, at the age of 70, Patricia McGowan (Frostburg, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sister Elaine White of Frostburg; and her nieces and nephews, Leon White (Emily), Roxann Pfeffer (Mike), Rosella White, Cecilia, Sophia, Lauryn, Ava, Landon White, William and Charlie.
