She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin S. Cutter; and her parents, Charles E. Crawford and Anna. She is survived by: her children, Charles Yaider (Faye) of Hanover, Franklin Cutter (Tony), Harold Cutter of Ft. White, Tammy Parrish (Scott) of Spring Grove, Dolores F. Whitaker (Keith) of Hanover and Dorothy "Dee" Taylor (Steven) of Lake Butler; and her siblings, Catherine Crawford of Flintstone, MD, Virginia Crawford-Cutter of Frostburg, MD and David Crawford of Springfield, WV.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sowers Funeral Home (60 W Main St, Frostburg, MD 21532). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
