She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoey of Salineville Ohio and Violet Hoey of Salineville Ohio; and her sister-in-law Barbara Jo Scullion (Joie). She is survived by: her children, Roxie Bell (Tom) of Houston, TX, Paul Webber (Sandy) of Orlando, FL, Jim Webber (Heather) of Frostburg and Joni Zukoff (David) of Houston, TX.; her grandson Paul Webber, II (Ely); her great grandchildren, Violet, Kaden and Brian Bell (Jana); her brother John R. Hoey (Loann) of Columbiana; her caregivers, Lavona, Joyce, Michelle, Molly, Nancy and Cindy; and also, Beau and Bryce. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Allegany County Animal Shelter or to UPMC Western MD Hospice Services.
