He is survived by: his mother Brenda Crites (Morgan); his daughter Madison Kirkpatrick; his siblings, Thomas Spiker, Jr., Samantha Kirkpatrick Thomas, Taylor Kirkpatrick, Jordan Grabenstein and Summer Myers; his stepgrandfather David Binnix; and his nieces and nephews, Anais McKenzie, AnnaLeigh Grabenstein, Decklin Weasenforth, Octavin Casey and Elliott Grabenstein. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
