She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert "Gibby" Moffatt and Mary Cannon (Beeman). She is survived by: her husband Paul Moyer; her daughter Jennifer Benson (Michael); her granddaughter Kaitlynn Benson; her sisters, Gilberta Drew (Ernest), JoAnn Everett and Karina Moffatt (Edward); and her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Drew, Charlene Everett, Chuck Everett, Jr. (Lynda), Michael Everett and Shantell Jones. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, and a great great niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Allegany County Animal Shelter, Post Office Box #566, Cumberland, MD 21501.
