"Red" Folk; her children, Richard Folk (Paula) of Frostburg, David Folk and Joyce Cutter (Larry "Bud"); her grandchildren, Amber Hoffman, Jamie Hansrote, Mandi Raley (Ryan), Bryon Folk (Kayleigh), Joseph Folk, Jr. (Samantha King), Niki Folk, Todd Logsdon and Ashley Cutter; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Nolan, Preston and Brennan Raley; and her siblings, Robert Rankin (Nancy) of Frostburg and Ida Fairgrieve of Massachusetts.
