It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret E. Mulligan (Frostburg, Maryland), who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian V. Blank (Michaels) and William L. Blank Sr.; her husband Carl V. Mulligan (Brownie); and her siblings, Rosemary Blank and William L. Blank Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Mulligan of Mt. Savage; her sister Julia Burford of Lavale; and her sister-in-law Barbara Blank of Cumberland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
