He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Louis and Thelma Llewellyn (Morgan); and his stepdaughter Crissy Kinsall. He is survived by: his wife Betty Llewellyn (Miller); his stepson Ted Kinsall (Eileen); his stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Kinsall and Matthew Kinsall; his sister Paula (Jack Ternent); his nephews, Chuck Ternent (Bethany) and Scott Ternent (Carisa); his great-nephews, Garrett and Dawson Ternent; his aunt Anna Clark; and his close friend Steve Foor.
