He was predeceased by: his parent Lloyd L. Duncan, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Duncan (Whitehead); his children, Greg of Frostburg, Jason of Baltimore and Michelle West of Springfield; his son-in-law Rob West of Springfield; his great-niece Jamie Felker; his significant other Charlie Lancaster; his sons, Chaz of Vale Summit and Jace of Vale Summit; his great-nieces, Corrie Felker of Vale Summit and Ricki Ann Moyer; his daughter Sophie of LaVale; his great-nephew Michael Moyer; his wife Shannon; and also, Carol Felker, Bill Felker of Vale Summit, Sherry Croft and Charlie Croft of Ridgeley. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the C.A.S.T for Kids Foundation, a nonprofit organization that introduces special needs children to the joy of fishing.
