Linda Higgins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2019, at the age of 70, Linda Higgins (Frostburg, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isabell Higgins (Schramm) and Kenneth Higgins; and her sister Connie. She was also cherished by aunts, cousins, and a wide group of friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Linda's memory to UNBOUND or to the National Wildlife Federation, two charities she supported faithfully.
