She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Powers and Mary Powers (McLane); and her brother Brent W. Powers. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Kenney of Frostburg, Lee Ann Kenney-Shoup and Michael Kenney (Kendra); her stepgrandson Colton Thomas of Fort Eustis, VA; her siblings, Robert Powers, Karen Nicholson and Beth Ann Larue; and also, Jacob Shoup and Braelyn Kenney.
