It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leota Marie Foye of Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Ray Warnick and Gladys Marie Warnick (Fazenbaker); her husband James M. Foye, Sr.; and her grandson Jeremy Skidmore. She is survived by: her children, James Foye, Jr. (Maria) of Barton and Debra Reuschel (John) of Flintstone; her grandson John Reuschel (Nancy); her great grandchildren, Brianna and Makayla Reuschel; and her sister Wanda Smith of Lonaconing.
