She was predeceased by: her significant other Harold "Hallie" Hawn; her children, Tammy Wright and Robert Dale Hawn; her granddaughter Stephanie Guyer; her parents, Viola J. Durr (Housel) and George S. Durr; and her siblings, Elmer, George Durr and Evelyn Nicholson (Durr).

She is survived by: her daughter Terri Hawn Rogers of Martinsburg, WV; her son-in-law Jeff Rogers; her grandchildren, Shawn M. Guyer, Crystal Hawn Conrad and Logan Hawn; her siblings, Lawrence Durr, Kathleen Berg (Durr), Janet Edmiston (Durr) and Violet Lyons (Durr); her nieces and nephews, Charles Edmiston, Jr., Kim Rotruck, Donna Lemmert, Dennis Durr (JoAnn), Keith Harmon (Misty) and Bob Robertson (Shelly Myers Hoffman); and also Mark. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
