She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph L. "Fritz" Blank and Ida Mae Blank (Williams); her husband Carl D. Skidmore; her son Carl D. Skidmore, Jr.; and her sister Donna Rosenberger.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Dorothy Martin) of Uba City, CA, Dennis (Connie Martin) of LaVale, MD, Deborah Bolt of Buffalo Mills, PA, Larry Martin of Buffalo Mills, PA, Michael (Tim), Brenda (Patrick Ostinowsky) of Jacksonville, FL and Tracie (Dana Plish) of St. Augustine, FL; her daughter-in-law Theresia Skidmore (Carl D. Skidmore, Jr.) of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Dennis, Melissa, Thomas, Julie, Sarah, Holly, Kerri, Jeffrey, Joseph, Ilea, Danielle, Jason, Andrew and Timothy; her sisters, Shirley Atkinson of Frostburg, MD, Brenda LePre, Frostburg, MD, Marsha Blank and Olney, MD; her sister-in-law Lois Matese (John); and her friend Cindy Yilmaz.
