She is survived by: her parent Rose Blubaugh (Skidmore); her husband Wayne Platter; her stepchildren, Christine Brown (Chad), David Platter (Pam) and Keith Caple; and her siblings, John Blubaugh (Diane) of Vale Summit, Kay Bennett (Richard) of LaVale, Rosemary Arnold (Jess) of Fort Ashby and Julie McKenzie (Steve) of Frostburg.
