We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2022, at the age of 75, Joy Darlene Rice of Frostburg, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Mason and Ruby J. Sites (Shank); her grandmother Lucille "Shankie" Shank of Missouri; her siblings, Robert Wayne Sites (Lee), Kermit William Sites (Shirley) and Mary Sites; and her former husbands, Paul L. Rice, Sr. and Pentecostal.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Rice, Jr. (Carla) and Renee Tipton (John); and her granddaughters, Renee Morgan and Alina Mathews. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
