With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Mills (Frostburg, Maryland), who passed away on August 28, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Mills; and his siblings, Regis Mills, Mary Jo Barclay Wilmoth and Bernadette Murphy. He is survived by: his parent Nellie Mills (McGowan); his wife Betty Taccino; his daughter Kristin Brault (Mark) of Hales Corners, WI; his grandsons, Mitchell and Austin; and his brothers, William "Wink" Mills (Jo) of Sacramento, CA, James "Brennie" Mills of Midland and Paul Mills (Janet) of Ohio.
He enjoyed spending holidays and gatherings with the extended Mills and Taccino families and the Devlin clan and will be greatly missed by friends, family and extended family. favorite_border Donations Pledges.
