He is survived by: his wife Carol Booth; his daughters, Melissa Wilson (Leonard), Amanda Harden (Steven), Theresa Headley (Joseph) and Mary Garlitz (Marty); his grandchildren, Thomas, Chelsey, Joshua, Amber, Stephanie, Dylan, Megan, Andrea, Tony Jr. and Haley; his siblings, James Booth (Nancy), Bernard Booth and Kathleen Wahl; his son-in-law Tony Garlitz; his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Loar, Robert Piper (Stephanie) and Alma Nelson; his uncle Donnie Booth; and his pet Cheyenne. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
