He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Mazuran and Marguerite Elizabeth Mazuran (Stinebaugh); his brother Steve Mazuran; his brother-in-law Dave Kowell; and his nephew Jerry Kowell.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Mazuran; his children, Natasha Burns (Gregory) and Stevie Mazuran (Nicole); his sister Mary "DeeDee" Kowell; his grandchildren, McKenzie, McKyla Burns, Elexa, Xoe and Winter Mazuran; his nephew Damon Kowell (Trudy); and his friend Snid.
