He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard James and Ellen Marie Goldsworthy (Devlin); and his brother Terry Patrick Goldsworthy. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Ann Goldsworthy (Boyle); his children, Aaron James Burks and Elizabeth Ann Welsh (Dakota); his grandsons, Isaiah Scott Welsh, Weston John Welsh and Colton James Welsh; his brother Richard M. Goldsworthy (Carol); his nephew Richard Lee Goldsworthy; and his pet Roxie.
