He was predeceased by: his parent John Paul Fisher, Sr. He is survived by: his parent Helene Fisher (Clower); his wife Grace; his children, David Paul Fisher (Lynda) of Clarysville, Debbie Jackson (Tim) of Keyser and Daniel Charles Fisher (Tammy) of Frostburg; his stepchildren, Karen Murray, Kenny Kerr (Brenda), Kathy Anderson (Scott) of Frostburg and Krista Williams (Jason) of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Braileigh Fisher, Brianna Jackson, Kaitlynn Jackson, Katie Achhammer (Matt), Kelli Clark (Dan), Matt Murray (Jami), Rachael Lee (Jeff), Austin Ferree, Sarah Anderson, Hannah Anderson, Eli Williams and Lucas Williams; his great grandchildren, Maria Lee, Skylar Jackson, Murray Clark and Cooper Clark; and his former wife Bonnie Fisher.
