She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wade and Lenora Fister Joan (Folk). She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Wampler of Frostburg and Shawn Wampler (Katryna) of Virginia; her grandchildren, Shawn, Eathan, Jordan, Addison and Malia Rose; and her siblings, Michael Wade (Shirley) of Frostburg and Linda Durr (Gary) of Short Gap.
