It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Christner of Frostburg, Maryland, born in Salisbury, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wright and Lucy Wright (Christner); her husband Orville "Speedy" Christner; and her brother John "Jack" Wright. She is survived by: her son Chet Christner of Henderson, NV; her siblings, Karaha "Jeanie" Knotts (Dick), Gary Wright (Ginny) of Frostburg, Maryland. and David Wright (Betty Lou) of Frostburg, Maryland.; and her sister-in-law Jean Wright. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
