Jeffrey Mosser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Mosser of Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Paul Mosser. He is survived by: his mother Emma Jane Mosser; his son Joshua (Jennifer); his granddaughter Emma Rhea; his son Jordan (Karah); his granddaughter Josephine Rose; his son Jacob; his former wife Linda Appel Bruce; and his siblings, Jane (Michael) and James (Kathy). He is also survived by his sons, loved his daughter-in-law's and grandchildren.
Recently for the first time, since before the pandemic, Jeff and all 3 sons, had been together on Sunday mornings at Clatter which made them feel like a kids around the kitchen table, as they did while growing up.
He also worked for the Eurasia Foundation and the International Foundation for Election Systems, again managing human resources for international non-profits.
