With solemn reverence, we commemorate Jason Wade Chapman (Frostburg, Maryland), whose life came to an end on January 7, 2025 at the age of 42, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his son Jason Walker Chapman; his parents, Jeffry Lynn Chapman and Linda Lee Chapman (Brooks); his siblings, Linda Wilson (John Wilson), Rick Sivic Jr. (Holly Williams), Tim Sivic (Geneen Sivic), Walker Chapman (Pebbles Gipe) and Amanda Corrales (Bob Cassidy); the mother of his child Sara Delaney; and also, Andrea James, Gabby James and Jeffrey Delany. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Jason's memory and his deep devotion to his beloved son, the family would request donations, in lieu of flowers, to assist with Jason Walker Chapman's care and education.
