He is survived by: his son Jason Walker Chapman; his parents, Jeffry Lynn Chapman and Linda Lee Chapman (Brooks); his siblings, Linda Wilson (John Wilson), Rick Sivic Jr. (Holly Williams), Tim Sivic (Geneen Sivic), Walker Chapman (Pebbles Gipe) and Amanda Corrales (Bob Cassidy); the mother of his child Sara Delaney; and also, Andrea James, Gabby James and Jeffrey Delany. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In honor of Jason's memory and his deep devotion to his beloved son, the family would request donations, in lieu of flowers, to assist with Jason Walker Chapman's care and education.
