She is survived by: her mother Nancy Martens (Baker); her daughter Tristan Stevens (Luis Samayoa); her siblings, Jim Martens (Carolin) of Uniontown, OH, Julie Martens Forney (John) of Millersburg, PA, Jerry Martens (Bonnie) of Springfield, OH and Joanna Schroyer (Leroy); her nephews, Jonathan Martens, Joshua Martens, Clay Martens, Levi Schroyer and Ben Schroyer; her niece Samantha Martens; and her pets, Xena, Cid and Violet.
