She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert J. Harden and Nellie G. Harden (Durst); her husband George W. Shook; her daughter Linda Carole Shook; and her siblings, Glen Dale Harden, Wilbert Eugene Harden and Geraldine McKenzie.

She is survived by: her sons, Dennis W. Shook, Kenneth D. Shook and Frostburg, MD.
