It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Williams Sr. of Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth "Bebe" (Hunter) and George Wellington Williams. He is survived by: his wife Leannah Martens Williams; his children, James D. Williams, Jr. and Kimberly "Kimmy" Williams Truly (Michael "Mike" Truly); his grandchildren, Sean M. Truly and Amanda M. Truly; and his great grandchild Aylannah D. Parrish.

He fought a long and courageous battle against Alzheimer's disease.
