He was predeceased by: his father James Frederick Kelly; and his sister Mary Alice Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kelly (Davis); his son Brian Kelly of Cumberland; his sister-in-law Anne Davis; his nephews, Joe Davis, Rick Davis (Patsy) of Bradenton, FL and Bill Davis (Lisa); his niece Jennifer Cox (Steve); and his aunt Alvina Koppel (Beanie).
