He is survived by: his daughters, Alison and Christina Cutter; his parents, Debbie O'Rourke (Mike) and John Cutter (Kathy); his brothers, John (Chris) and Jason (Stacy); and his friends, Amber and Gladys Merritt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, stepbrothers, stepsisters, aunts, uncles.
