He is survived by: his wife Barbie Condon; his son Christopher; his granddaughter Reagan Cavanaugh; his siblings, MaryAnn Folnsbee of Bellefonte, PA, Darren Howell of Frostburg, MD, David Howell of Cumberland, MD and Terry Howell of Dayton, OH; his sister-in-law Tina Avery; his nephew Josh Howell of Barton, MD; and his niece Brittany Howell.
