She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Frost and Nancy Turner (Wright); her husband John O. "Dodie" Thomas; her siblings, Mary Eliza Turner and Thomas J. Turner; and her nephew Thomas Scott Turner.
She is survived by: her brother John S. Turner (Carol); her nephews, J. Mark Turner (Cindy) of Wooster, OH and Jeffrey J. Turner (Gloria); and her niece Debra G. Kraftchak (Tim) of Woodbridge, VA.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations, in Isabelle's name, be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 34 W. Main Street, Frostburg, MD 21532.
