She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wilson and Evelyn Wilson (Loar); her former husband George "Deacon" Wilson; her husband Olin I. McVeigh; her sisters, Dorothea Rowe and Mary Rose Claypool; and also George "Deacon" Wilson of Frostburg.
She is survived by: her children, Steven R. Wilson (Cherie) of Frostburg and Linda A. Kirkwood (Bruce) of Frostburg; her brother Jim Wilson of Lakeworth; and her grandchildren, Robbie, Karen Wilson and Kendall Kirkwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current pandemic, there will be no public funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in her name to St. John's Episcopal Church in Frostburg or the Allegany County Animal Shelter.
