He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herman Sr., Althea Fiorita (Craze), Dorothy Wolford (Lancaster) and Leroy Wolford. He is survived by: his parents, Karen Elizabeth (Wolford) and Herman Fiorita Jr.; his daughter Chiara Fiorita; the mother of his child Karen Gordon; his girlfriend Jessica Boyd; his sisters, LaDawn Zufall (Kevin) and Tammy Fiorita (Mitch Rice); and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Davis, Kateland Wilson (Mitch), Austin Fiorita (Katie Blume), Alex Collins (Ayla Leach), Amy Collins (Preston Miller) and Angel Fiorita (Dusten Conti). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and great nephews and a great niece.
