He is survived by: his wife Mary Skidmore; his children, Mary Garlitz (Allen), Sue Lafferre (Steve), Harry Dale Skidmore II and Tina Twigg (Gary); his grandchildren, Tony Garlitz, Brian Garlitz, Sandra Garlitz, Penny Lapp, Candie Bittinger, Jeremy Miller, Harry Dale Skidmore III, Brandon Twigg and Shalona Twigg; and his brother Harold "Babe" Skidmore. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
