He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Taylor and Margaret Taylor (Fraser); his son Shane Taylor; his brothers, Gary and Ronald Taylor; and his parents-in-law, Andrew and Annabelle Neilson.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea Taylor; his sons, Gregg Taylor (Lisa) and Chris Taylor (Lisa); his grandchildren, Corey, Madison, Gage, Danika and Breanna Taylor; his great grandchild Kaylee Taylor; his sister Linda "Jane" Taylor; his niece Stephanie Taylor; his brother-in-law Bob Taylor (Anna); and also Jesse Moyers.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD to help offset the funeral expenses.
