He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Tony Spiker (Jen) and Chrissie Spiker (Jesse Whiteman); his grandchildren, Conner, Kayley, Jesse, Colton, Glenna, Elizabeth, Celeste, Mallory, Kayla, Katie, Biggy (David) and Muffin (Hayley); his great grandchild Paisley; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Danny, Addison, Demi, Daxton, Kian and Kali; and his sister Linda Crosten (Gary).
