With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Griffiths (Frostburg, Maryland), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2018 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John W. "Jack" Griffiths; her siblings, Alice K. Smolter and William G. Miller; and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Johnson and Gene Meddings.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Carter (George), Tammy McClellan (Robert) and LaVale; her grandchildren, Jason Carter (Miriam), Megan Moreno (Frank), Heather Bray, Melissa Reeves, Bryan Reeves (Michele), Keith McClellan and Jennifer McClellan; and her great grandchildren, Simon Carter, Leo Carter, Ryan Moreno, Samuel Moreno, Morgan Dickson, Ben Bray, Cameron Saville, Sarah Saville, Josie Reeves and Amelia Reeves.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Day's memory to, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 227, Frostburg, MD 21532.
