He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Stevens and Alice Stevens (Hittle); and his siblings, Wayne, Kenny, Stella Stevens, Carol Bennett and Simone Dahl.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian A. Stevens (Wright); his children, Wayne W. Stevens (Lennie) and Kimberly S. Winner (Bobby); his grandchildren, Nathan W. Stevens (Ashley), Brandon W. Stevens (Mindi) and Amanda L. Filer (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Ella, Emma, Ava, Lilee, Rylee, Braxdon, Brylee, Noah and Evan; and his siblings, Ronald Stevens (Sandy) and Hilda Duckworth (Richard). He is also survived by his many friends and family.
