He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Beal and Thelma Beal (Barnes); and his brother Arthur Beal, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Beal (Loar); his children, Terry Linn Berkley (Timothy Clarence Berkley) and Scott Allan Beal (Lisa Ann); his grandsons, Jonathan Roy Berkley (Maria), Gregory DeVon Berkley (Kayla Lynn) and Kyle August Georg; his great grandchildren, Dominic Blaine Berkley and Lincoln Timothy Berkley; his sister Carol Ann Bollinger (Robert Lee Bollinger); and his sister-in-law Yvonne Beal (Row). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In memory of Gary, the family asks that donations be made to First Presbyterian Church of Frostburg General Fund or the American Heart Association.
