He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeVore and Anne DeVore (Smith); and his brother Richard DeVore. He is survived by: his sister Carol Wilson of Keyser, WV; his sons, Mark (Tracy), Brian (Autumn) of Frostburg, MD and Adam (Kevin) of Arlington, VA; his grandchildren, Alexandra (Forrest), Austin (Alyssa), Chloe, Luke, Emily and Isabella; and his great grandchild Nova. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
