He is survived by: his wife Joyce Spataro (Crowe); his children, Jeffery "Jake" Spataro (Beth) of Durham, NC, Michelle Easton (Butch) of LaVale, MD and Lisa Baker of Olney, MD; his grandchildren, Caleb (Louden), Dalten (Kylie), Rhiannon and Rachel (Ryder); his siblings, Herman Rizer (Nancy), Bobby Rizer (Mary Ann), Stevie Spataro, Susan Ervin (Anthony) and Judy Ownsbey; and his sister-in-law Angie Spataro.
