It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Jenkins (Frostburg, Maryland), who passed away on September 8, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber James and Mary Genevieve Jenkins; and his sister Sandra Cook. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his daughter Cassia Jenkins (Joe Kirby); his grandsons, Michael, Nathan and Joshua Kirby; his son James Joseph Jenkins (Mary Grace); his grandchildren, James Joseph Jr., Shannon Nicole, Patricia, Bella and Emma; his son Franklin Jay Jenkins (Daphanie); his grandchildren, Tawney Jayne and Sawyer Getty; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Jax and Xander; and his brother Wilber "Butch" Jenkins Jr. (Phylis).
