He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Saylor Wampler and Mary Wampler (Michael); his siblings, Danny Wampler and Elvie Phenecie; his wife Thelma Wampler (Lewis); his daughters, Kathy Smith (Wampler) and Vicky Resh (Wampler); his grandchildren, Jim Smith (Lacie), Jason Smith (Courtney), Kelsey Helmstetter (Andy), Marysa Shaffer (Mikayla Warnick) and Tyler Resh (Cody Resh); and his great grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Alivia Smith, Blake Thomas, Brayden Thomas, Harley Shaffer, Stella Helmstetter, Kennedy Helmstetter and Kaelani Gamble. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
