She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Lease and Ruth R. Lease (Berry); her children, Sherry Gillaspie, Melvin T. Gillaspie, Jr. and Stephan T. Gillaspie; and her siblings, Thomas, William Lease, Mary Ammons, Sandra McDonald and Dottie Simpson.

She is survived by: her children, Terry A. Gillaspie, Brian K. Gillaspie and Kimberley L. Scott; her daughter-in-law Deborah J. Gillaspie; and her siblings, David, George Lease and Betty Metz. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
