He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Adam Bittinger and Delores Mae Bittinger (Witt). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Bittinger and Donnie "Burt" Bittinger; his grandchildren, Sarah Twigg (Matthew Wojcik), Matthew Bittinger and Justin Weaver of LaVale; his great grandchild Caden Weaver; his brother-in-law Tom Ramsey; his cousin Louella Bittinger; and his friend Marlene Lennox. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
